Good-BYE

I'm glad I was your teacher
I've come to love you so.
I can't believe the end is here
I hate to see you go.
Remember all the fun we had
And all the things we did.
But most of all remember...
You're a very special kid.
Mrs. Spakausky

The cost will be $10.00 and children wishing to purchase should have exact amount. Checks can be made out to Prairieview. There is a limited supply. Prairieview yearbook orders were not paid for at registration. A flier was sent out in November and orders were due by Monday, December 3, 2007. Thanks

LUNCH TICKETS-
Please be advised that Friday, May 30, 2008 will be the last day for students to borrow lunch tickets from the office. Please make sure that your child has $2.25 to purchase a lunch ticket or a sack lunch. Students will be allowed to call home for a lunch.

LIBRARY-
ALL I.M.C. materials are due on Tuesday, May 27th
Monday, June 2nd-Chicago Boat Trip

Chicago Trip on Monday-June 2nd!!! Pray for GREAT WEATHER!!!

*Remember a sack lunch. We will picnic at Gateway Park, across from Navy Pier or on Navy Pier.

*Bring an optional $5.00 the day of the trip for ice cream. Yummy!!!

*Have your child dress in layers. It is cooler by the Lake. A windbreaker type jacket may be good for the boat ride or a “hoodie” type sweatshirt may be good, giving the students the option of putting the hood up, if it is windy.

*It looks like it will be in the low 70's on Friday, so that means middle to upper 60's or so in Chicago. I strongly suggest the students avoid shorts and wear jeans or Capri pants. Students could wear a light shirt and a jacket or sweatshirt, so if it is nice, they can take it off.

*Shoes-Crocs and flip-flops are cute, but I strongly encourage your child to wear gym shoes. Gym shoes work well when getting on and off the boats and for walking the Pier.

*Students can bring a disposable camera to capture some great Chicago views and great moments with friends!

We are looking forward to a great trip!
